摘 要:渤海油田渤中28-1S区块潜山油气藏埋藏深,井底温度高,地层压力系数低,裂缝发育,易发生漏失,钻井难度大。为满足储层保护及安全钻井的需要,研究形成了抗高温和可重复利用的低密度水包油钻井液配方,评价了其钻井液性能,该体系具有良好的稳定性、抑制性、抗污染性和油气层保护能力。结合压力控制钻井工艺,在渤中28-1S油田2口井潜山目的层钻井中取得成功应用,获得较好的防漏和油气层保护效果,保证了对潜山油气层的有效开发,这为在渤海油田裂缝性潜山地层中大规模应用奠定了重要的基础。The buried hill reservoir in Bozhong 28-1s block of Bohai oilfield is deeply buried,with high bottom hole temperature,low formation pressure coefficient,developed fractures,easy to leak and difficult to drill.In order to meet the needs of reservoir protection and safe drilling,a low-density oil-in-water drilling fluid with high temperature resistance and reusability was developed,and its performance was evaluated.The result shows that the drilling fluid system has good stability,inhibition,anti pollution and reservoir protection ability.Combined with the pressure control drilling technology,the drilling fluid system has been successfully applied in the drilling of 2 buried hill target wells in Bozhong 28-1s oilfield,and a good leakage prevention and oil and gas reservoir protection effect has been achieved,which ensures the effective development of the buried hill oil and gas reservoir,and lays an important foundation for large-scale application of the drilling fluid system in fractured buried hill formation in Bohai oilfield.
