摘  要:喷射表层建井为国内主要的深水表层建井方式,该技术存在一定局限性,对井场调查要求高、作业扰动较大、对井身结构和导管下入深度要求高等,深水井建井安全面临挑战。吸力桩建井是一种新型深水井表层建井技术,该技术在松软地层、浅层气或水合物浅层地质灾害应对、主井位与备用井位选择、定向井轨迹优化、井身结构优化、工程风险控制等方面具有明显优势,可解决深水井表层建井面临的问题,拓展国内自营深水井表层建井方式。通过调研分析,对深水吸力桩表层建井技术及其适应性开展研究,为技术在国内的推广使用建立应用基础。Jet surface layer well construction is the main way of surface construction of deep-water wells in China.However,the technology has some limitations.It has high requirements to well site investigation,wellbore structure and conduit driving depth,and a large operation disturbance.Therefore,the well construction safety of deep-water well is facing challenges.Suction pile well construction is a new kind of surface well construction technology for deep-water wells,which has obvious advantages in well construction in soft formation,response of geological disaster in shallow gas or hydrate formation,selection of main well location and standby well location,optimization of directional well trajectory,optimization of wellbore structure,control of engineering risk and so on.It can solve the problems faced by surface well construction for deep water wells,and expands the way of domestic self-operated surface well construction for deep water wells.Through investigation and analysis,this paper discusses the surface well construction technology of deep-water suction pile and its adaptability,so as to establish the foundation for the popularization and application of the technology in China.
