摘 要:简述燃煤锅炉烟气在SCR脱硝过程中氨逃逸后硫酸氢铵的生成机理。指出脱硝装置氨逃逸产生的硫酸氢氨对电袋复合除尘性能有积极影响的一面,同时详细分析了烟气中过量的硫酸氢铵对电袋复合除尘器电区除尘和布袋除尘的不利影响。引起业内对脱硝副产物硫酸氢铵影响电袋复合除尘器性能的重视,在运行管理中,采取有针对性的措施,减少、避免这种危害,使电袋复合除尘器性能获得最佳。This paper briefly describes the formation mechanism of ammonium hydrogen sulfate after ammonia escape in the process of SCR denitrification of flue gas from coal-fired boiler.It is pointed out that ammonia hydrogen sulfate produced by ammonia escape from denitrification plant has a positive effect on the performance of electric bag compound dedusting,and the adverse effects of excess ammonium hydrogen sulfate in flue gas on electric area dedusting and cloth bag dedusting of electric bag composite precipitator are analyzed in detail.It has aroused the attention of the industry that ammonium hydrogen sulfate,a by-product of denitrification,affects the performance of the electric bag composite dust catcher.In the operation and management,positive measures should be taken to reduce and avoid this harm,so that the performance of the electric bag compound dust collector can be the best.
