摘 要:在绿色环保理念下的市政建设领域,对路面降噪功能提出了新的需求,采用橡胶沥青+间断级配混合料成为降噪路面建设的首选方案。复合橡胶沥青兼具SBS聚合物改性沥青和传统橡胶沥青的良好路用性能。针对哈尔滨安阳路高架桥桥面铺装项目采用抗裂型复合改性沥青SMA-13沥青混凝土,添加聚酯纤维代替传统的木质素纤维,在哈尔滨地区-10℃气温下,添加APTL橡胶沥青专用温拌剂,同时提升混合料拌合、摊铺及碾压温度,保障混合料压实孔隙率。成型路面噪音与同路段其他路面相比降低3分贝以上。In the field of municipal construction under the concept of green environmental protection,new requirements are put forward for the noise reduction function of road surface.The rubber asphalt+intermittent gradation mixture has become the preferred scheme for noise reduction road surface construction.Composite rubber asphalt has both good pavement performance of SBS polymer modified asphalt and traditional rubber asphalt.Project for Harbin region's Anyang Road viaduct bridge deck pavement with crack type composite modified asphalt SMA-13 asphalt concrete,adding polyester fiber instead of traditional lignin fibers,in Harbin region-10℃temperatures,add APTL rubber asphalt special temperature mixing agent,while increasing the mixture mixing,paving and rolling temperature,mixture compaction porosity.The noise of formed pavement is reduced by more than 3 db compared with other pavements of the same section.
