“动静结合”针法治疗眼底病变临证浅析

摘　　要：随着社会科技进步,视神经、视网膜等部位的眼底病变,逐渐成为影响人们工作生活的常见病之一,可使患者视觉功能减退,严重者可致盲,对患者身心健康造成极大危害。导师申鹏飞在脏腑经络辨证基础上,创立“动静结合”针法治疗难治性眼底病变,针法之“动”强调眶内穴位速刺不留针,针法之“静”强调针刺局部及全身穴位时静以久留、静以养神,重视眼部穴位刺激手法与针刺调神,以调节气血,疏通目络,临床疗效显著。With the advancement of social science and technology,the fundus diseases of optic nerve and retina have gradually become one of the common diseases,which affect the work and life of the patients.The diseases can reduce the visual function of the patients.In severe cases,it can cause blindness and cause great harm to the physical and mental health of the patients.Director SHEN Pengfei treats intractable fundus diseases on the basis of dynamic and static acupuncture.The dynamic feature of the acupuncture emphasizes rapid needling intraorbital acupoints without retaining needles,and the static feature emphasizes when needling local points and the points of the whole body,retaining needles for a period of long time to keep and nourish Shen.It should pay attention to the stimulation of eye acupoints and to the regulation of Shen to improve qi and blood and dredge eye collaterals.The clinical curative effect of the therapy is remarkable.
