摘　　要：针灸是临床上治疗中风失语症常用方法,其有效性得到广泛的认可。中医学中失语的发病、诊察和治疗都与“舌”有关,“舌”的作用尤为特殊。以“舌”的中医属性、舌与脏腑经络的关系为切入点,结合失语的经络辨证,浅谈针灸治疗中风失语症的理论依据及机制,发现中医的“舌”不仅反映疾病本身,更能以此作为依据,准确提供治疗方向,同时又能作为治疗的作用靶点,从整体和局部、从标到本治疗失语症。In clinical practice,acupuncture is a common method to treat apoplectic aphasia,and its effectiveness is widely recognized.In TCM,the incidence,diagnosis and treatment of aphasia are all related to tongue,which plays a special role.Based on the TCM attribute of tongue and the relationship between tongue and viscera and meridians,combined with the syndrome differentiation of meridians,this study discussed the theoretical basis and mechanism of acupuncture in treating apoplectic aphasia.The tongue of traditional Chinese medicine not only reflects the disease itself,but also provides accurate treatment direction based on it.At the same time,it can also be used as a therapeutic target to treat aphasia from the whole and the local,from the target to the original.
