浮针配合再灌注活动治疗神经根型颈椎病急性期疗效及对颈椎生理曲度变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价浮针配合再灌注活动治疗神经根型颈椎病急性期临床疗效及对颈椎生理曲度变化的影响。方法:选取我院骨伤一科门诊及住院部收治符合纳入标准神经根型颈椎病急性期的患者60例,根据随机双盲原则,将样本含量随机分配为两组,治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予以浮针配合再灌注活动治疗,对照组予以普通电针常规治疗,两组持续治疗2个疗程。疗程结束后,对比两组治疗前后的NPQ评分、颈椎曲度、SF-MPQ简表变化情况及临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率比较,治疗组为96.67%(29/30),对照组为90%(27/30),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的NPQ评分、SF-MPQ简表及颈椎曲度均明显改善,且治疗组改善效果较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:浮针配合再灌注活动疗法可以显著改善患者症状和颈椎生理曲度,是神经根型颈椎病急性发作期的理想治疗方法,值得临床推广。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with reperfusion activity in the treatment of acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)and its influence to the changes of cervical spine physiological curvature.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed as acute CSR were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with reperfusion activity,whereas the control group was treated with ordinary electro-acupuncture.The two groups received continuous treatment for 2 courses.After the treatment,the NPQ scores,cervical curvature and SF-MPQ profile changes were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than 90.0%(27/30)of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the NPQ scores,SF-MPQ profile changes and cervical curvature were all significantly improved in the two groups,of which the improvements were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with reperfusion activity can significantly improve the patient's symptoms and cervical curvature.It is an ideal treatment method for the acute attack of CSR,and it is worthy of promotion.
