大数据时代下基于应用能力培养的金课构建与探索——以“数据库原理及应用”为例

摘　　要：对各大招聘网站进行调研分析,挖掘出数据库相关专业需求,设计应用性人才培养方案;整合教学内容,注重实践能力的培养;综合分析学生线上线下的表现,对达到预警阈值的学生,及时向对学生、家长以及相关教辅人员反馈,实现个性化教学。结果表明,93%的学生应用能力得到了培养和提升。This paper carries on the investigation and analysis to each big recruitment website firstly and then excavates the database related specialized demand,design the application talented person training plan. Secondly,it integrates the teaching content and pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability. Finally,the online and offline performance of students is analyzed comprehensively.For students who have reached the warning threshold,timely feedback is given to students themselves,parents and relevant teaching assistants to realize personalized teaching. The results show thats the application ability of 93% students has been trained and improved.
