举国体制下一汽支援二汽技术工人的实践与启示

摘　　要：截止1972年4月,一汽支援二汽技术工人2843人,为二汽建成当时全国最大的现代化汽车企业发挥了重要作用。为了实现中国汽车工业打翻身仗的理想,国家集中全国力量,一汽等企业无私支援,大批干部工人进山艰苦创业,建设二汽。在计划经济条件下,二汽建设在充分发挥举国体制优势的同时,注重事业激励,系统规划,尊重科学,重视质量,适应国家和市场需求,对我们在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新阶段发挥好市场经济条件下新型举国体制优势仍然具有一定的启示作用。As of April 1972,the FAW had supported 2,843 skilled workers to the Second Automobile Group,which played an important role in building the Second Automobile Group into the country’s largest modern automobile enterprise at that time. In order to realize the ideal of turning over the Chinese automobile industry,China has concentrated its national strength,with selfless support from the FAW and other enterprises,and a large number of cadres and workers entered the mountains to work hard to build the Second Automobile Group. Under the conditions of a planned economy,while giving full play to the advantages of the nationwide system,the construction of the Second Automobile Group also pays attention to career incentives,systematic planning,respect for science,quality,and adapt to the needs of the country and the market. It still has some enlightenment for us to give full play to the advantages of the new national system under the condition of market economy in the new stage of building a socialist modern country in an allround way.
