摘  要:针对明胶在室温凝胶且在毛纱上浆时存在浆膜韧性差的问题,采用丁二酸酐(C_(4)H_(4)O_(3))对明胶进行酰化改性,合成了一种毛纱室温上浆用改性明胶蛋白(Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3))浆料。借助红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及差示扫描量热仪对Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3)浆料结构及玻璃化转变温度进行测试表征,系统研究了酰化度与Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3)浆液和浆膜性能的关系。结果表明:C_(4)H_(4)O_(3)可与明胶分子链上的氨基发生酰化反应;与采用丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸酯类单体接枝改性明胶浆料相比,C_(4)H_(4)O_(3)酰化改性后的明胶浆料在室温时不凝胶;当酰化度为0.96时,Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3)浆液对毛纱表现出优良的黏附性,Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3)浆膜的断裂强度和韧性显著增加。此研究为毛纱室温上浆提供了性能优良的浆料制备方法。To address the problems of gelatin gelling at room temperature and poor toughness of size film when gelatin is used to sizing wool yarns,the modified gelatin protein(Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3))for sizing at room temperature was prepared by acylation of gelatin with succinic anhydride(C_(4)H_(4)O_(3)).The structure and glass transition temperature of Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3) sizing agent were tested and characterized by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and differential scanning calorimeter.The relationship between the acylation degree and the size liquid and membrane properties of Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3) was systematically studied.The results show that C_(4)H_(4)O_(3) can react with the amino groups on the gelatin molecular chain.Compared with the existing acrylic,acrylamide or acrylate monomers-grafted gelatin,Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3) exhibited no gel at room temperature.When the acylation degree is 0.96,Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3) size liquid showed excellent adhesion to wool yarn and the fracture strength and toughness of Gel-C_(4)H_(4)O_(3) size membrane are significantly increased.It provides an excellent sizing agent preparation method for wool yarn sizing at room temperature.
