新时期推进民族团结法制建设的实践与思考——以广西为例

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,广西壮族自治区通过制定地方性民族法规政策、建立健全社会工作机制等方式推进民族团结法制建设,取得显著成效。然而,广西的民族团结工作在机制化、法治化和规范化等方面仍存在不足。为了推进广西的民族团结法制建设,提出以下建议:一是将民族团结工作融入全区工作大局统筹推进;二是尽快制定广西壮族自治区民族团结进步促进条例;三是将广西民族团结的成功经验融入规章制度和政策文件之中。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has made remarkable achievements in promoting the legal construction of ethnic unity by formulating local ethnic laws and policies and establishing and improving social work mechanisms.However,there are still some deficiencies in the institutionalization,legalization and standardization of Guangxi’s ethnic unity work.In order to promote the legal construction of Guangxi’s national unity,the following suggestions are put forward:firstly,integrating the work of ethnic unity into the overall situation of the whole region;secondly,formulating the regulations for promoting the progress of Guangxi’s national unity as soon as possible;thirdly,integrating the successful experience of Guangxi’s ethnic unity into the rules,regulations and policy documents.
