摘　　要：介绍了大容量矿热炉全煤冶炼工业硅的生产工艺,提出精煤替代木炭冶炼工业硅的可行性,并在全煤冶炼工业硅电炉参数选择、操作工艺方面提出建议。It introduces the production process of smelting industrial grade silicon with all-coal in large capacity submerged arc furnace,puts forward the feasibility of replacing charcoal with clean coal to smelt industrial grade silicon,makes suggestions on parameter choice and operation process for industrial grade silicon with all-coal.
