摘　　要：回转窑筒体扩径改造设计中,可能会面临各种各样的问题,而面对这些问题,需要综合分析出现的原因,并提供改进方案,以达到更好的改造效果。在筒体备件的更换中,尤其需要注意满足筒体设计的标准要求,尤其是文中重点提及的3个要求。根据筒体更换位置的不同,分析提出更换方案,尤其是在过渡钢板更换中所面临的情况最多,需要不同的处理方案。During the revamping of rotary kiln to enlarge the diameter of shells,various problems may occur.It is necessary to figure out reasons in a comprehensive way and put forward revamping proposals to achieve a better result.During the replacement of spare parts of kiln shells,special attention must be paid to meet standard requirements,especially those requirements highlighted.Locations of shells to be replaced shall be analyzed to put forward replacement proposals.Due to various situations to be faced in the process of replacing transition steel plates,different solutions shall be applied.
