摘　　要：随着CEMS(烟气排放连续监测系统)安装使用,在不改变原有的烟气处理系统结构的基础上,结合现在的生产工艺减少氮气输入,对烟气设备精细管理和工艺参数优化,解决液晶玻璃窑炉烟气中氮氧化物及颗粒物排放超标的问题。在保证稳定生产的同时,达到环保排放的目标。With the installation and use of CEMS,on the basis of not changing the original flue gas treatment system structure,combined with the current production process to reduce nitrogen input,the fine management of the flue gas equipment and the optimization of process parameters have solved the problems of excessive emission of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter in the flue gas of the liquid crystal glass furnace.While ensuring stable production,environmental emission targets is achieved.
