摘  要:为获得能有效抑制烟草赤星病菌的拮抗菌,通过平板对峙法,筛选出一株对烟草赤星病菌有较强抑制作用的生防菌,通过形态、生理生化特征以及16S rRNA、gyrA序列分析等方法对其进行鉴定,并对其生长条件进行优化。结果表明,Y6菌株对烟草赤星病菌有较好的抑制作用,其与贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis LF01)的同源性最高,形态和生理生化特征与贝莱斯芽孢杆菌基本相符。经过测试,Y6菌株的最佳培养条件:温度30℃、pH 6.0、转速180 r/min,碳源选择葡萄糖,氮源选择酵母膏。该试验结果可为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌在生产工艺中的应用提供参考。In order to obtain the antagonistic bacteria strain which could effectively inhibit tobacco brown spot disease,the biocontrol bacteria were screened by growth inhibition method on medium.Isolated strains were identified by morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,as well as 16S rRNA and gyrA sequence.Their growth conditions were optimized afterward.The results showed that Y6 strain had strong inhibitory effect on Alternaria tabaci on medium plate,and had the highest homology with Bacillus velezensis strain LF01.Its morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics were basically consistent with that of Bacillus velezensis.The optimum culture conditions of Y6 were as follows:30℃,pH=6.0,180 r/min,carbon source glucose,nitrogen soure yeast extract.The test results can provide valuable reference for the mass production process of Bacillus velezensis.
