摘  要:本文探讨了悬吊运动疗法对髂胫束摩擦综合征患者疼痛及下肢功能的影响,分别于治疗前和治疗6周后测量视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、下肢功能评分指数(LEFS)、表面肌电(SEMG)和髂胫束(ITB)厚度,与对照组进行比较,结果显示在常规康复训练的基础上辅以悬吊运动疗法,可以进一步减轻髂胫束摩擦综合征患者的疼痛,并改善下肢功能。This article explored the effect of suspension exercise therapy on pain and lower limb function in patients with iliotibial band friction syndrome.Visual pain analogue scale(VAS),lower limb function score index(LEFS),Surface electromyography and iliotibial were measured before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment.The thickness of ITB is compared with the control group.The results show that supplemented by conventional rehabilitation training with suspension exercise therapy can further reduce the pain of patients with iliotibial band friction syndrome and improve the function of lower limbs.
