摘  要:为促进沿江化工产业转型升级,推动长江大保护,在分析化工园生态规划与建设内涵的基础上,讨论与分析了沿江化工园的生态环境特征及其生态功能区划原则和技术路线,并以宜昌化工园宜都园区为例,结合环境敏感特征、功能布局及发展规划,将该园区划分为人类社会和自然生态两个一级功能区,一级功能区下又分为四个二级功能区、九个三级功能区。结合各功能区生态环境功能及环境影响特征,提出了生态环境保护与建设的具体建议。In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of chemical industry along the Yangtze River and promote the protection of the river,the ecological environment characteristics,ecological function zoning principles and technical routes of chemical industry park along the Yangtze River were discussed and analyzed based on the analysis of the connotation of ecological planning and construction of chemical industry park.Taking Yidu Industrial Park of Yichang Chemical Industry Park as an example,the paper studied the characteristics of environmental sensitivity,functional layout and development planning.The industrial park is divided into two first-class functional areas:human-society and natural-ecology.The first-class functional area is further divided into four second-class functional areas and nine third-class functional areas.Combined with the eco-environmental functions and environmental impact characteristics of each functional area,the specific suggestions on eco-environmental protection and construction were put forward.
