摘 要:研究了不同运行工况条件下Orbal氧化沟工艺脱氮除磷效果。在水温25℃左右时系统脱氮效果较好,NH 3-N去除率在90%左右,TN去除率67.14%左右。增加污泥回流比可以提高系统脱氮效率,污泥回流比为100%和200%时,TN平均去除率分别为55%和65%。好氧区DO在2 mg/L时,TP平均去除率为88%,好氧区过量曝气时即DO>3.5 mg/L,TP去除率也由95%下降到26%。结论:提高曝气量虽能提高NH 3-N硝化效果,但并不能提高TN去除率;增加回流比可以提高脱氮效率,但需综合考虑能耗、运行费用等因素;维持好氧区DO浓度为2~3 mg/L,可以实现较好的除磷效果。This paper studies the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effects of orbal oxidation ditch process under different operating conditions.When water temperature is about 25℃,the denitrification effect of the system is the best with average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen more than 90%and the average removal rate of total nitrogen 67.14%.Increasing reflux ratio can improve denitrification efficiency,when the sludge reflux ratio of oxidation ditch are 100%and 200%.The average removal rate of total nitrogen is 55%and 65%respectively.When DO in aerobic area is maintained at 2 mg/L,the phosphorus removal rate is 88%.When Do exceed 3.5 mg/L in case of excessive aeration in aerobic area,the phosphorus removal rate decreased from 95%to 26%.Although increasing the aeration can make the nitrification of ammonia nitrogen complete,it can't improve the removal rate of total nitrogen.Increasing the reflux ratio can improve the denitrification efficiency.In the actual operation process,energy consumption,operation cost and other issues need to be considered comprehensively.In low load,aeration is adopted to control,reduce aeration and maintain DO concentration of 2~3 mg/L in aerobic area can achieve better phosphorus removal effect.
