摘　　要：目的:建立羚羊感冒片中羚羊角肽的含量测定方法,以提高本品的质量控制水平。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLCBEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),以0.1%甲酸-0.1%甲酸乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.3 ml·min-1,电喷雾离子化正离子模式,多反应监测;选择m/z 697.66→1 021.48为定量离子对。结果:羚羊角肽在0.023~2.357μg·ml-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为90.60%,RSD为2.6%(n=6)。结论:建立的含量测定方法可靠、准确,不同羚羊感冒片的内在质量差异明显。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of antelopeptide in Lingyang Ganmao tablets by MS to improve the quality control level. Methods: An ACQUITY UPLCBEH C18 chromatographic column(2.1 mm × 50 mm,1.7 μm) was used with 0.1% formic acid-0.1% formic acid acetonitrile as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode,the flow rate was 0.3 ml·min-1,electrospray ionization(ESI+) and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) were carried out,and m/z 697.66 →1021.48 was chosen as the ion pair for quantification.Results: The concentration had a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0.023-2.357 μg·ml-1(r= 0.999 8). The average recovery was 90.60%,and the RSD was 2.6%(n= 6). Conclusion: The method is very reliable and accurate,and Lingyang Ganmao tablets have significant differences in their intrinsic quality.
