外粘型钢法在框架柱轴压比控制中的应用

摘　　要：施工管理不当或混凝土质量原因,导致框架柱混凝土强度等级比设计强度可能降低一到两个等级。传统的增大截面法能够显著地降低柱的轴压比,提高柱的抗震延性,但也会带来诸如对建筑使用功能造成很大影响及柱荷载效应的进一步增加。外粘型钢加固柱对原柱截面尺寸增加不大,而对轴压比降低却很显著,且不会产生较大的内力重分布,能基本保持结构原有内力的分布状态。结合具体工程实例,对某高层办公楼第3层轴压比超限柱利用等代截面法进行加固计算分析,采用外粘型钢法进行加固,并利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立外粘型钢加固柱三维实体模型,对不同荷载阶段的受力状态进行模拟分析,对加固后的有效性进行了确认。目前该办公楼已投入使用,使用状况良好,外粘型钢法改善轴压比的方法可为以后的实际工程加固提供参考。Improper construction management or concrete quality can reduce the strength of concrete,the axial compression ratios of columns often cannot satisfy the design specifications.Enlarge section method can significantly reduce axial compression ratio of columns,improve the seismic performance of columns,but lead to imperfection like affecting building function and further increasing load effect on columns.Columns strengthened by bonding bar will not significantly increase section dimension,but significantly reduce axial compression ratio of columns,will not lead to uneven internal force distribution in plane for significantly generating internal force redistribution.Combined with practical work,column with excess axial compression ratio is strengthened by bonding bar in a certain high-rise building.The strengthening method is analyzed by using equivalent section method,construction process of strengthening by bonding bar is introduced.Column with excess axial compression ratio in the third layer of a certain high-rise building is strengthened by bonding bar.At present,the office building has been put into use and is in good condition.The method of improving the axial compression ratio by the method of external bonding section steel can provide reference for the practical engineering reinforcement in the future.
