摘 要:对比研究4种不同牌号酚醛补强树脂的理化性能及其对轿车子午线轮胎高硬度三角胶性能的影响。结果表明:国外A与国内2201牌号腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂的相对分子质量和软化点相近,使用这两种树脂的胶料性能相当;国外B与国内2201H牌号腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂的相对分子质量和软化点较高且相近,酚醛树脂2201H胶料的加工安全性更好,其他性能与酚醛树脂B胶料相当。The physical and chemical properties of four different brand reinforcing phenolic resins and their effects on the properties of high hardness apex for passenger car radial tires were compared.The results showed that the molecular weight and softening point of the phenolic resins modified by foreign A and domestic 2201 cashew nut shell oil were similar,and the properties of the compounds using these two resins were equivalent.The molecular weight and softening point of the phenolic resins modified by foreign B and domestic 2201H cashew nut shell oil were higher and similar,the processing safety of the phenolic resin 2201H compound was better,and other properties of the phenolic resin 2201H compound were equivalent to the phenolic resin B compound.
