摘　　要：随着工程建设事业的不断发展,建设工程领域的招投标制度也在不断深入。当前建设工程领域的招投标工作已历经了多个不同的发展阶段,且根据工程项目改变产生了很多变化。鉴于此,为进一步提高工程质量,对目前建设工程招投标领域存在的问题和隐患进行分析,并在此基础上提出完善招投标制度,对招投标代理机构的行为加以规范,加强对招投标违法行为的打击力度等对策和建议,可为类似工程提供借鉴。With the continuous development of engineering construction,the bidding system in the field of construction engineering is also deepening.The current bidding work in the field of construction engineering has gone through many different stages of development,and many changes have occurred in accordance with the changes in engineering projects.In view of this,in order to further improve the quality of the project,the current problems and hidden dangers in the field of construction project bidding are analyzed,and on this basis,a perfect bidding system is proposed,the behavior of the bidding agency is regulated,and the bidding illegality is strengthened.Countermeasures and suggestions such as the crackdown on behavior can provide reference for similar projects.
