摘 要:流域梯级开发的建设模式、企业承担大坝安全的主体责任、发电与电网分离的电力体制,使得大坝群控已成为我国水电站大坝安全管控的主要趋势。在总结我国水电开发模式和大坝安全管控体制的基础上,讨论了大坝群和大坝群控的基本内涵,提出了流域大坝群、区域大坝群和电网大坝群的大坝群分类方法,分析了大坝群控对象、群控范围和群控系统的基本内容,研究了大坝群控平台建设、智能化大坝群控技术以及大坝群安全风险分析等关键技术问题。In China,dam group safety monitoring has become the major trend of dam safety management of hydropower stations,due to the mode of river basin cascade hydroelectric development,the main responsibility for dam safety by the owner,and the power system of separation of power generation and transmission.In this study,based on the summary of hydropower development mode and dam safety monitoring and management system,the basic connotation is discussed about dam group and dam group monitoring,a classification method is proposed with the basin dam group,the regional dam group and the power grid dam group,the basic content is analyzed to the object,scope and system of dam group safety monitoring,and the key technical problems are studied such as construction of the dam group monitoring platform,intelligent technology of dam group monitoring and risk analysis of dam group safety.
