摘  要:【目的】建立不同炮制方法续断指纹图谱,为评价续断炮制品的质量提供可靠的方法。【方法】采用高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)法,测定15批续断样品的指纹图谱,结合化学计量学方法对测定结果中23个共有峰的峰面积进行聚类分析(Cluster Analysis,CA)和主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)。【结果】15批不同炮制加工后的续断样品间相似度在0.853~0.990,聚类分析和主成分分析可以分为2类。【结论】建立的续断指纹图谱测定方法准确可靠,炮制方法对续断中有效成分的种类和含量影响较大。【Objective】HPLC fingerprints of different processing for Dipsacus asperoides were established,which provided a method for evaluating the quality of the products of Dipsacus asperoides.【Method】The HPLC Fingerprints of Dipsacus asperoides from fifteen batches were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Cluster analysis(CA)and principal component analysis(PCA)were employed to analyze peak areas of 23 common peaks.【Result】The HPLC fingerprint method was established,and 23 common peaks were selected with the similarity ranging from 0.853 to 0.990.The cluster analysis could classify these 15 batches of Dipsacus asperoides into 2 groups.【Conclusion】The method is accurate and reliable,and the processing method has great influence on the type and content of the active components in the continuation.
