基于EDMA的辽宁汉族成人头面部指数的测量研究

摘　　要：目的通过对颅面部CT三维重建后的头面部指数进行测量计算,分析辽宁汉族成年人的简化面部表型特征及男女性别差异。方法随机选择100名辽宁省汉族成年人(其中男:40人,女:60人),通过对其CT数据进行三维重建,在VG Studio3.2MAX软件中进行坐标点的几何形态学测量,用欧式距离矩阵分析法(euclidean distance matrix analysis,EDMA)得出相应头面部指数,分析面部表型并比较男女头面部指数的差异性。结果本研究通过对男女头面部指数进行欧式距离矩阵分析显示,辽宁成人汉族无论男女均以超狭面型为主,鼻指数大多表现为以狭鼻型男性的整体头面部指数大于女性(P<0.05),在FM矩阵中线段比值均大于1.05。结论辽宁汉族成年人具有超狭面型、狭鼻型或中鼻型,且有男性面部总体轮廓大于女性的特点。为人体解剖学颅面部形态的研究、法医的个体识别推断提供基础数据和理论研究。Objective To analyze the simplified facial phenotypic characteristics and gender differences of the adults of the Han Nationality in Liaoning by measuring and calculating the head-face index after three-dimensional reconstruction of craniofacial CT.Methods One hundred Han adults(male:40,female:60)in Liaoning Province were randomly selected.The three-dimensional reconstruction of CT data was carried out.The geometric morphology of coordinate points was measured through VG studio 3.2max software.The corresponding head-face index was obtained by Euclidean distance matrix analysis(EDMA).The facial phenotype was analyzed and the differences of head-face index between men and women were compared.Results In this study,the Euclidean distance matrix analysis of the head-face index of both men and women showed that the majority of the Han adults in Liaoning,including both males and females,had hyperleptoprosopic face.In regards to the nose index,in most cases,the overall head-face index of narrow-nosed males was higher than that of females(P<0.05).In FM matrix,the line segment ratio was greater than 1.05.Conclusion Han adults in Liaoning Province have the characteristics of hyperleptoprosopic face,narrow nose or middle nose,and the overall facial contour of male is larger than that of female.It provides basic data and theoretical support for the study of craniofacial morphology of human anatomy and individual identification inference of forensic medicine.
