摘　　要：本文研究的全封闭式导料槽滑板的更换作业,适用于储运部动力煤、焦煤、焦炭等供、卸料系统。通过技术攻关,优化了检修工艺,降低了劳动强度和维护费用,减少了运输带损伤,并提出了下一步的攻关方向。The system is applied to the replacement operation of the fully enclosed chute slide which is suitable for the supply and discharge system of steam coal,coking coal and coke in the storage and transportation department.Through technical problem tackling,the maintenance process was optimized,labor intensity and maintenance costs were reduced,the damage to the conveyor belt was reduced and the next research direction was proposed.
