摘 要:为探究中国不同规模城市差异化低碳治理路径,依据城市规模划分大、中、小城市样本,基于方差分析与多元逐步回归分析的方法,对不同规模城市居住建筑能源消耗碳排放及其影响因素进行比较研究。结果显示:①大城市与中小城市居住建筑碳排放强度具有显著差异;②市政公用设施是不同规模城市居住建筑碳排放的共同影响因素,空间形态对大城市与小城市的碳排放产生不同程度的负向驱动效应,生活能源结构在中等城市与小城市中具有相反的驱动效应。据此,提出大城市应重点关注建设空间的集约化利用与清洁能源的普及,中等城市应重视冬季采暖对北方地区的居住碳排放影响,小城市具有更多影响要素,但推进冬季采暖优化与加强空间的精明发展模式是其应关注的重点内容。In order to explore the differential low-carbon governance paths of different-sized cities in China,this study selects samples of large,medium and small cities according to city size and makes a comparative study on carbon emission and influencing factors of residential buildings’ energy consumption in different-sized cities. ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used for this comparative study. The results show that:① There is a significant difference in carbon emission intensity between large cities and medium and small cities.② Service facilities are the main and common factors affecting the carbon emission of residential buildings in different-sized cities. The spatial form has different degrees of impact on the carbon emission of large cities and medium and small cities. Domestic energy structure has the opposite driving effect in medium cities and small cities. Based on these,this paper proposes that large cities should focus on the intensive use of construction space and the popularization of clean energy,while medium cities should pay attention to the impact of winter heating on carbon emission from energy consumption of residential buildings in northern China. As for small cities,they have more influencing factors. But promoting the optimization of winter heating and strengthening the smart development model of urban space are still the key contents to reduce the carbon emission of small cities.
