摘 要:基于"十二五"期间上海完成的100个公共建筑节能改造示范项目数据,构建上海公共建筑节能改造项目数据库,编制上海公共建筑减排成本曲线,并研究其编制过程、方法和应用,以期指导上海建筑节能改造工作的开展。通过整理统计六大类节能减排技术及具体技术措施,从减排贡献、经济性指标等方面对实际项目进行数据分析,发现实际建筑节能改造项目平均节能率水平较高。建议在政府政策引导和支持下,根据不同类型公共建筑用能特点,采用相应成熟的节能改造技术,并对现有实际节能效果好或具有发展潜力的技术继续推广。A database of public building energy-saving reconstruction projects was established to develop a carbon abatement cost curve,which was based on the data of 100 public building energy-saving reconstruction projects completed in Shanghai during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan " period. The compilation,method,application of the carbon abatement cost curve is researched,which would guide and promote the work of energy-saving reconstruction of buildings. It is found that the average energysaving efficiency of actual building energy-saving retrofitting projects is at a higher level,by sorting out six categories of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies and specific technical measures,and analyzing actual projects in terms of emission reduction contribution and economic indicators. It is recommended that under the guidance and support of government policies, different types of public buildings should match corresponding mature energy-saving retrofit technologies, keep promoting technologies which have good actual energy-saving effects or have development potential.
