摘 要:合理运用被动式建筑设计方法对于建筑节能、人居环境质量改善具有重要意义。以夏热冬冷地区高层住宅为对象,采用敏感性分析思路,针对影响建筑能耗的围护结构热工性能、窗墙比、建筑朝向、建筑层数等因素进行模拟分析,并通过归一化敏感性分析方法计算不同因素对于建筑能耗的敏感性影响,同时进行权重关系对比。为高层住宅建筑被动式节能设计与优化提供思路和参考。It is of great significance for building energy saving and improving the quality of living environment with rational use of passive design method. Taking high-rise residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter area as case,this paper adopts the sensitivity analysis thinking,and conducts simulation analysis on the thermal performance of envelope,window-wall ratio,building orientation,building floor number and other factors that affect building energy consumption. The sensitivity effects of different factors on building energy consumption were calculated by the normalized sensitivity analysis method,and the weight relation was compared. It provides ideas and references for the passive energy saving design and optimization of high-rise residential buildings.
