摘 要:当前,超低能耗建筑技术是我国建筑节能事业的发展热点。我国已建设的超低能耗建筑项目主要集中在北方严寒及寒冷地区,并已形成该地区超低能耗建筑技术体系,而夏热冬暖地区缺乏成熟的相关技术体系和项目案例。分析夏热冬暖地区建筑需求特点,以夏热冬暖地区典型住宅模型为例,通过能耗模拟计算的方法对不同建筑节能技术的应用适宜性进行分析,提出适用于夏热冬暖地区的超低能耗建筑技术体系。该技术体系应用于实际项目中,验证了其节能效果。Ultra-low energy building technology has become the trend of building energy conservation industry in China. The construction projects of ultra-low energy consumption are mainly concentrated in the severe cold and cold areas in north China,and the technical system of ultra-low energy consumption building in this area has been formed. While there is no mature technology system or projects in hot summer and warm winter area. The characteristics of building demand in hot summer and warm winter area are analyzed based on typical residential model of hot summer and warm winter areas,as well as the application suitability of different building energy saving technologies through the method of energy consumption simulation,the technical system of ultra-low energy building which is suitable for hot summer and warm winter area is proposed. The technical system is utilized in an actual project,the energy conservation effect has verified the suitability of this technical system.
