摘  要:结合实际生活垃圾电厂项目的管线设计,介绍了BIM类软件BOPM (Bently Open Plant Modeler)在多管线碰撞检测的应用。通过硬碰撞和软碰撞检测,分析了多专业管线之间、管线和钢结构之间以及管线和平台净空之间的碰撞问题。与传统的二维制图相比,BIM类软件具有协同设计能力、三维可视化能力表明其在管线碰撞检测中具有巨大优势,在复杂管线工艺的电厂设计过程中可起到巨大作用。Combined with the pipeline design of the actual municipal solid waste power plant project,the application of BIM software BOPM(Bently Open Plant Modeler) in multi-pipeline collision detection was introduced. Through hard collision and soft collision detection,the collision problems between multiprofessional pipelines,pipelines and steel structures,and the clearance between pipelines and platforms were detected and analyzed. Compared with the traditional two-dimensional drawing,the collaborative design ability and three-dimensional visualization ability of BIM software show that it has great advantages in pipeline collision detection and plays a great role in the complex pipeline design of the power plant design process.
