摘  要:为了评价不同材料组合方案的装配式超低能耗外墙板的综合性能,通过对不同材料组合与厚度组合方案进行理论计算,分析不同参数变化对墙板热工性能的影响。其中基层厚度变化对墙板热工性能影响很小,满足构造要求即可,保温层对墙板热工性能影响较大,但加大保温层厚度并不会一直提高热工性能。针对墙板的热工性能、重量、厚度、耐久性、防水、环保、施工、隔声8个评价参数指标建立判断矩阵,进行指标权重计算和一致性检验,综合评价出适用于装配式钢结构建筑的墙体保温一体化的复合墙板方案,为装配式超低能耗钢结构建筑墙板的推广应用提供理论基础。In order to evaluate the comprehensive performance of assembled ultra-low energy consumption exterior wallboard with different material combination schemes,theoretical calculations were carried out for different material combination and thickness combination schemes,and the effects of different parameters on the thermal performance of the wallboard were analyzed. Among them,the change of base thickness has little effect on the thermal performance of wallboard,which can satisfy the structural requirements. The thermal insulation layer has a greater impact on the thermal performance of wallboard,but increasing the thickness of thermal insulation layer will not keep improving the thermal performance.Then a judgment matrix was established with eight evaluation indicators, including the thermal performance,weight,thickness,durability,waterproofing,environmental protection,construction,and sound insulation of wallboard,for the index weight calculation and consistency test. The composite wallboard integrated with wall insulation suitable for the fabricated steel structure buildings is comprehensively evaluated,providing a theoretical basis to popularize and ulitize the wall panels for fabricated ultra-low energy steel structure building.
