摘　　要：SMXT复合板是一种新型保温材料,采用无机浆料包覆真空包裹层的构造型式,能够满足高效保温和A级防火的双重要求。为探究其基本性能,试验研究了抗拉强度、压缩强度、导热系数、燃烧性能四项基本指标,并同真空绝热板和EPS板性能进行对比。结果显示,SMXT复合板抗拉强度破坏方式为脆性破坏,与EPS板相似而不同于真空绝热板;SMXT复合板压缩在10%变形范围内无屈服,同真空绝热板相似而不同于EPS板;SM XT复合板穿刺后导热系数增加136%,远小于真空绝热板的277%;SMXT板材各组成材料均为难燃材料,板材整体能够达到A(A1)级要求。SMXT composite board is a new type of thermal insulation material. It adopts the structure of vacuum coating with inorganic slurry,which can meet the double requirements of high-efficiency thermal insulation and class A fire protection. In order to explore its basic properties,four basic indexes,including tensile strength,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and combustion performance,were tested and compared with those of vacuum insulation board and EPS board. The results show that the tensile strength of SMXT composite plate is brittle,which is similar to EPS plate but different from vacuum insulation plate;SMXT composite plate has no yield within 10% deformation range,which is similar to vacuum insulation plate but different from EPS plate;after puncture,the thermal conductivity of SMXT composite plate increases by 136%,which is far less than 277% of vacuum insulation plate;all components of SMXT plate are flame-retardant materials,and the whole plate can meet the requirements of A( A1) fire protection.
