摘 要:对山东省43家行政办公建筑的能耗进行调研统计,得出空调系统能耗在行政办公建筑总能耗中所占的比例约为25%。根据调研数据,分别对风机盘管加新风空调系统、多联机以及分体空调的使用情况进行分析,对各种空调系统的能耗情况进行了比较。通过对行政办公建筑实测得出,当超过一定使用年限后,空调系统性能有较大损耗。Based on the investigation and statistics of energy consumption of 43 administrative office buildings in Shandong province,this paper concludes that the energy consumption of air conditioning system accounts for about 25% of the total energy consumption of administrative office buildings. Based on the investigation data,the usage of VRF and split air conditioning systems with fan coil and fresh air was analyzed,and the energy consumption of various air conditioning systems was compared. Through actual measurement of administrative office buildings,it is concluded that the performance of the air conditioning system will be greatly depleted after a certain service life.
