摘 要:采用阳极氧化法在钛网上制得TiO_(2)纳米管阵列(TNTA),并利用操作简单的微溶剂燃烧合成法将稀土元素Ce和过渡金属元素Zn共掺杂修饰TiO_(2)纳米管阵列得到复合光催化材料Ce-Zn/TiO_(2)纳米管阵列(CeZn/TNTA),并对CeZn/TNTA的形貌、组成结构和光催化性能等进行测试。结果表明:阳极氧化时间会影响TNTA的形貌,氧化时间为2 h的TNTA管状结构分布均匀且高度有序,纳米管内径约为50 nm,管壁厚约为25 nm,管长约为1μm。CeZn/TNTA样品中的Ce以CeO_(2)和Ce_(2)O_(3)混合态、Zn以ZnO形式呈簇状不均匀分布在TiO_(2)纳米管阵列表面。与裸TNTA相比,CeZn/TNTA复合催化剂的光响应范围拓宽至可见光区域,电荷转移阻力减小,光生电子-空穴的分离效率提高,载流子的传输速率较快,且表现出较高的光催化活性,其在1 h内对亚甲基蓝光催化降解率可达85.27%。TiO_(2) nanotube array was prepared by anodic oxidation method on the titanium mesh,and then was modified by the simple microsolvent combustion synthesis method with the rare-earth Ce and transition metal elemen to obtainCe-Zn/TiO_(2) nanotube array(Ce-Zn/TNTA).The morphology,composition,structure and photocatalytic performance of Ce-Zn/TNTA were test.The results show thatthe time of anodic oxidation will affect the morphology of TNTA.The TNTA tubular structure with oxidation time of 2 h is uniformly distributed and highly ordered.The inner diameter of the nanotube is about 50 nm,the wall thickness of the tube is about 25 nm,and the tube length is about 1 μm.Mixed state of CeO_(2) and Ce_(2)O_(3) as well as ZnO were unevenly distributed as clusters on surface of the TiO_(2) nanotube array.Compared with bare TNTA,the photoresponse range of Ce-Zn/TNTA composite catalyst was broadened to the visible light region,the charge transfer resistance was reduced,the photo-generated electron-hole separation efficiency was improved,as well as the carrier transfer rate was faster.And Ce-Zn/TNTA showedhigh photocatalytic activitytha its photocatalytic degradation rate of methylene blue reached 85.27% in 1 h.
