摘 要:目的了解江西省健康人群麻疹、风疹免疫屏障,为完善麻疹、风疹防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,于2015—2020年对江西省36个县(市、区) 11 013名健康人群采集静脉血,分离血清,ELISA方法检测麻疹Ig G和风疹Ig G,计算抗体阳性率,卡方检验分析各年份、各地区、各年龄人群阳性率差异。结果 2015—2020年江西省健康人群麻疹抗体总阳性率为85.07%,风疹抗体总阳性率为72.05%;不同年份(χ麻疹2=61.24,P <0.01;χ风疹2=75.62,P <0.01)、不同地区(χ麻疹2=3.37,P <0.01;χ风疹2=3.48,P <0.01)、不同年龄人群(χ麻疹2=3.05,P <0.01;χ风疹2=9.53,P <0.01)麻疹、风疹抗体阳性率差异均有统计学意义。结论江西省健康人群麻疹、风疹抗体阳性率不高,且存在地区和年龄差异,加强抗体水平监测,及时发现免疫薄弱地区和人群是防控麻疹、风疹的关键。Objective To understand the immunity barrier of measles and rubella among healthy people in Jiangxi Province, so as to provide scientific basis for perfecting the prevention and control strategy of measles and rubella. Methods From 2015 to 2020, 11 013 healthy people from 36 counties of Jiangxi Province were sampled by stratified cluster sampling, and the serum was separated, and measles IgG and rubella IgG were detected by ELISA. The positive rate of antibody was calculated, and the difference of positive rate among years, regions and ages were compared by chi-square test. Results From 2015 to 2020, the total positive rate of measles and rubella antibody is 85.07% and 72.00%, respectively. There are significant differences in the positive rate of measles and rubella antibody among different years(χ2measles=61.24,P<0.01;χ2rubella =75.62,P<0.01), regions(χ2measles =3.37,P<0.01;χ2rubella =3.48,P<0.01) and ages(χ2measles =3.05,P<0.01;χ2rubella =9.53,P<0.01). Conclusion The positive rate of measles and rubella antibody is low among healthy people in Jiangxi Province, and there are regional and age differences. Strengthening the monitoring of antibody level and timely detecting the weak immune areas and blank population are the keys to prevention and control of measles and rubella.
