摘  要:提出一种基于Ni、CNT和LIT-PDMS的疏冰-涡流热效应一体化的新型复合材料,既具有疏水性可预防结冰的特性,又可利用涡流热效应进行非接触式除冰。Ni/PDMS-4复合材料静态接触角约为106.5o,为疏水性材料,能有效阻止水珠在飞机表面聚集进而结冰;在感应加热装置输入电压为30 V时,其发热最高平衡温度约为120℃,能进行多次加热且具有良好的热稳定性,完全融化20 g的冰层只需要232 s;在应变为0.001的30次循环拉伸中,其内部导电网络具有良好的稳定性和回弹性。Ni-CNT/LIT-PDMS复合材料可以完成飞机除冰工作,保障飞行安全。A new composite material based on Ni,CNT and LIT-PDMS was proposed,which can make use of eddy current thermal effect for non-contact de-icing,and maintain its reliability in the complex working environment of aircraft.The Ni/PDMS-4 composite has a static contact angle of about 106.5°,which is hydrophobic and can effectively prevent water droplets from accumulating on the surface of the aircraft and thus freezing.When the input voltage of the induction heating device is 30 V,the maximum equilibrium temperature of its heating is about 120℃,and it can be heated several times with good thermal stability,and only needs 232 s to completely melt 20 g of ice.The internal conductive network of composites has good stability and resilience after the tension atε=0.001 for 30 times.Ni-CNT/LIT-PDMS composites can complete the aircraft de-icing work to ensure flight safety.
