摘 要:通过现场埋设腐蚀试验和室内加速腐蚀试验,采用失重法测定了七种接地材料在我国四种典型土壤中的腐蚀速率,对腐蚀试验得出的基础数据进行回归拟合、数据归一化和评价分级等处理,得出了基于土壤加速腐蚀试验的接地材料耐蚀性评价方法,并计算了两种腐蚀试验的相关性。结果表明:室内加速腐蚀试验与现场埋设腐蚀试验结果具有良好的相关性,采用归一化的数据处理方法能有效减少随机因素对试验结果造成的影响,进一步提高了评价结果的可靠性,对15d和30d室内加速腐蚀试验评价的准确率分别为85.7%和96.4%。Corrosion rates of seven kinds of grounding materials in four typical soils in China were determined by weight loss method through on-site embedding test and indoor accelerated corrosion test.The basic data obtained by corrosion test were processed by regression fitting,data normalization and evaluation grading.The evaluation method of corrosion resistance of the grounding materials based on soil accelerated corrosion test was obtained and correlation between the two corrosion tests was calculated.The results show that the indoor accelerated corrosion test had a good correlation with the results of on-site embedding test.The normalized data processing method could effectively reduce the impact of random factors on the test results,and further increase the reliability of the evaluation results.The accuracy rates of 15 dand 30 dindoor accelerated corrosion evaluation were 85.7% and 96.4%.
