摘　　要：从容,是三月怒放的花朵,是春日里勇搏长空的雄鹰,更是历经春蚕吐丝般一丝一缕的坚忍之后,面对破茧成蝶之时的宠辱不惊;努力,是千里大堤一沙一石的凝聚,是花朵推开春之大门的勇气,更是"路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索"的执着。Looking back on my over ten years of teaching career,I am fully aware that the work recognition has condensed too much perseverance and dedication.Hard as it is,I have gained a lot all these years.Education is not flowery words or loud slogans.It permeates every bit of our life and exists in the miscellaneou strivial things related to children everywhere.An elder teacher once said,teachers in the new era should not be satisfied with just being silkworms that"keep making silk till death";Nor should they be"candles"that burn themselves and smoke others.Rather,we should adapt ourselves to the trend of the times.So,as a psychological teacher today,we should try to light up a lamp of psychology to warm ourselves and illuminate the children.We should try to make both ourselves and students happy by holding up acloudless sky for them,thus turning the psychological classrooms into the"happy gas station"for children.
