摘　　要：目的观察针刺八髎穴联合任脉与督脉交替施灸治疗老年性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将纳入的72例老年性尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组采用针刺八髎穴联合任脉与督脉交替施灸,对照组仅采用普通针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后尿失禁问卷简表中文版(ICIQ-SF-Chinese)评分、尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分和漏尿量的变化,比较两组治疗后及随访时的临床疗效。结果两组治疗前ICIQ-SF-Chinese评分、I-QOL评分和漏尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后ICIQ-SF-Chinese评分、I-QOL评分和漏尿量均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后ICIQ-SF-Chinese评分、I-QOL评分和漏尿量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后和随访时的临床总有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺八髎穴联合任脉与督脉交替施灸治疗老年性尿失禁的临床疗效优于普通针刺治疗,可减少漏尿量,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at points Baliao plus alternating moxibustion on Conception and Governor Vessels for senile urinary incontinence.Method Seventy-two patients with senile urinary incontinence were randomized to a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupuncture at points Baliao plus alternating moxibustion on Conception and Governor Vessels and the control group received conventional acupuncture alone.The international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form-Chinese(ICIQ-SF-Chinese)score and the incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)score were recorded and the volume of urine leakage was measured in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups after treatment and at the follow-up.Result There were no statistically significant pre-treatment differences in the ICIQ-SF-Chinese score,the I-QOL score and the volume of urine leakage between the two groups(P>0.05).The ICIQ-SF-Chinese score was lower,the I-QOL score was higher and the volume of urine leakage was smaller in the two groups after treatment than before with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,The ICIQ-SF-Chinese score was lower,the I-QOL score was higher and the volume of urine leakage was smaller in the treatment group than in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment and at the follow-up with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture at points Baliao plus alternating moxibustion on Conception and Governor Vessels is better than conventional acupuncture in treating senile urinary incontinence.It can reduce the volume of urine leakage and improve the quality of life in the patients.
