摘 要:为了降低试验成本,提高试验效率,开发了一种台车试验用的尺寸可调工装。将约束系统与车身连接点柔性化,通过调节涉及约束系统模块连接点的安装位置,快速实现与多项目平台车型布置坐标转换。在整车开发初期可提供约束系统匹配的台车试验条件,实现多个车型平台共用一个工装的目的;以某一车型为例,参考其布置参数并调整尺寸可调工装,进行台车100%正面碰撞模拟试验,结合客观评价(ORM)方法,对比安装不同工装台车试验中假人伤害值曲线。结果表明:安装尺寸可调工装的台车试验所获得的假人伤害值曲线与传统的车身固定点加固方法试验有较高的一致性,验证了尺寸可调工装的有效性与可靠性。In order to reduce the sled test cost and improve the test efficiency,an adjustable size fixture for sled test was developed.Flexible coupling of the restraint system and body connection points,and the coordinate conversion with multi-project platform models could be realized quickly by adjusting the installation position of the module connection points involving the restraint system.In the early stage of vehicle development could provide the test conditions of the restraint system matching the station,to achieve the purpose of sharing a single assembly for multiple model platforms.A model was taken as an example,referencing its arrangement parameters and adjusting adjustable size fixture assembly,the 100%frontal collision sled simulation test was carried out.Combined with ORM(Objective test)method,the dummy injury criteria curves in the installation of different sled test ware compared.The results show that the dummy injury criteria curves obtained by the test of installing adjustable size fixture has a high consistency with the traditional reinforced body test,and the validity and reliability of adjustable size fixture are verified.
