石化园区污水厂臭气组分和处理工艺研究

摘　　要：石化园区污水厂采用生物滤塔和活性炭吸附联合工艺对污水厂产生的臭气进行处理。经检测分析石化园区污水厂臭气中的污染物主要是从废水中挥发出来的,其主要组分为芳香烃类,如异丙苯、苯、苯乙烯等。生物滤塔工艺容易受到臭气组分浓度变化的影响,对臭气中污染物的去除率在50%~80%之间波动,单一生物滤塔工艺难以将臭气处理至排放标准。活性炭吸附工艺对臭气中的污染物有较好的去除率和适应性,生物滤塔和活性炭吸附联合工艺对污染物去除率可达90%以上,能满足排放标准,适用于石化园区污水厂臭气处理。The biological filter process and activated carbon adsorption process are combined to treat the odor produced by the wastewater treatment plant in petrochemical park.Pollutants in odor of the wastewater treatment plant of petrochemical park are mainly volatilized from wastewater,and the main components are aromatic hydrocarbons,such as cumene,benzene,styrene,etc.Biofilter process is easily affected by the concentration change of odor component.The removal rate of odor pollutants by biofilter fluctuates from 50%to 80%.Single biofilter process is difficult to treat odor to the emission standard.The activated carbon adsorption process has good removal rate and adaptability for pollutants in odor.The combined process of biofilter and activated carbon adsorption can remove more than 90%pollutants to meet the discharge standard,which is suitable for odor treatment in wastewater treatment plant in petrochemical park.
