摘 要:目的探讨血常规、PCT、CRP及细菌培养在皮肤疖病中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月本院治疗的120例疖病患者。按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组60例,根据药敏试验结果调整抗生素;对照组60例经验性使用抗生素。收集并比较两组患者的一般资料、入院第1天与治疗第7天的实验室检查结果(WBC计数、NE、PCT、CRP、脓液细菌培养、药敏试验结果)以及住院情况。结果两组患者的一般资料对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第7天,观察组NE绝对值[(9.35±3.05)×109/L]低于对照组[(10.81±3.28)×109/L],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PCT含量[(0.25±0.03)ng/mL]低于对照组[(0.28±0.03)ng/mL],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CRP水平[(31.26±5.12)mg/L]低于对照组[(46.35±5.15)mg/L],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌培养结果为金黄色葡萄球菌,多重耐药(MDR)菌株为15株(12.50%)。观察组住院时间[(12.63±3.29)d]低于对照组[(18.25±5.45)d],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院费用[(3206.02±309.25)元]低于对照组[(5604.06±513.84)元],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NE、PCT、CRP可用于疖病早期诊断,细菌培养及药敏试验对抗生素的选择、缩短住院时间、减少住院费用具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the application value of blood routine,PCT,CRP and bacterial culture in skin furunculosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with furunculosis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.In the observation group,antibiotics were adjusted according to the results of drug sensitivity test,while in the control group,antibiotics were treated empirically.The general data,laboratory examination results on the first day of admission and the seventh day of treatment(WBC count,NE,PCT,CRP,pus bacteria culture,drug sensitivity test results)and hospitalization of the two groups of patients were collected and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in general data between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).On the seventh day of treatment,the absolute value of NE in the observation group was([9.35±3.05]×109/L),lower than([10.81±3.28]×109/L)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The PCT content in the observation group was([0.25±0.03]ng/mL),lower than([0.28±0.03]ng/mL)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The CRP level in the observation group was([31.26±5.12]mg/L),lower than([46.35±5.15]mg/L)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The results of bacterial culture were Staphylococcus aureus,and 15 strains(12.50%)were multidrug resistant(MDR).The hospitalization time of the observation group was([12.63±3.29]days),lower than([18.25±5.45]days)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses of the observation group were([3206.02±309.25]CNY),lower than([5604.06±513.84]CNY)of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion NE,PCT and CRP can be used for early diagnosis of furunculosis,and bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test are of great sig
