摘 要:电厂的集控运行机制有利于资源的统一调配,单台机组发生事故时,不至于波及其他机组,避免造成更大的损失。本文围绕此种管理模式的优势展开分析,结合汽轮机运行中常见的裂纹渗漏、汽缸变形、漏汽等故障,从优化汽轮机的配汽方式、优化汽轮机启停方案两个方面,阐述了电厂集控运行汽轮机运行的具体优化措施,以供参考。The centralized control operation mechanism of the power plant is conducive to the unified deployment of resources.When an accident occurs in a single unit,it will not affect other units and avoid greater losses.This paper analyzes the advantages of this management mode,and combines the common faults such as crack leakage,cylinder deformation,and steam leakage in the operation of steam turbines.From the two aspects of optimizing the steam distribution mode of the steam turbine and optimizing the start and stop plan of the steam turbine,the power plant set is explained.Specific optimization measures for controlling the operation of steam turbines for reference.
