摘 要:为保证机枪在实战条件下射击动作可靠性,分析研究了产生卡壳故障的原因和故障机理。通过ADAMS软件建立抛壳机构的简化虚拟样机模型,仿真得到影响抛壳可靠的主要因素,借助MATLAB软件编写神经网络预测抛壳失效判据,确定影响抛壳机构的敏感参数如温度、摩擦因数、气室冲量效率,采用蒙特卡洛法抽样仿真计算抛壳失效概率。仿真结果与试验结果相符合,该研究方法减少试验成本,可为其他导气式自动武器设计提供参考。In order to ensure the reliability of its shooting action,it is necessary to analyze the possible causes of failure and the mechanism of failure.In order to analyze the possible failure mechanism of automatic weapons,a simplified virtual prototype model of the catridge case ejection was established by ADAMS software,and the factors that affect the reliability of the catridge case ejection were obtained by simulation.We used MATLAB software to write neural network to predict the failure criterion of catridge case ejection.To find out the sensitive parameters that affect the catridge case ejection,such as temperature,friction coefficient,and air chamber impulse efficiency,we used Monte Carlo sampling simulation to calculate the probability of catridge case ejection failure.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the test results.The research method improves the research efficiency,reduces the test cost,and provides a reference for other gas-guided automatic weapon research.
