摘  要:为提高聚能装药破甲弹的侵彻性能,运用AUTODYN-2D软件研究弹丸战斗部装药不同隔板的形状、几何尺寸、材料参数对某型双层药型罩形成聚能射流的影响作用。结果表明:圆柱及圆锥组合型隔板作用于双层药型罩形成的聚能射流速度是无隔板装药的2.19倍,圆柱隔板装药的1.18倍,侵彻效果更加理想;隔板高度在33 mm、隔板直径在70 mm时,双层药型罩形成的聚能射流能取得较好的侵彻效果;尼龙隔板所形成的射流头部速度较有机玻璃隔板小3%,但选用尼龙材料所获得的射流连续性更好,能保证爆轰波传播稳定。In order to improve the penetration performance of shaped charge penetrator,the influence of different wave-shaper’s shape,geometry size and material parameters on shaped charge jet formation of a double-layer liner was studied by using autodyn-2d software.The results show that the velocity of the composite diaphragm of cylinder and cone shaped charge formed by double liner is 2.19 times of that of non partition charge and 1.18 times of that of cylindrical baffle charge.The penetration effect is more ideal when the height of baffle is 33 mm and the diameter of wave-shaper is 70mm.The jet head velocity formed by nylon wave-shaper is 3%less than that of plexiglass wave-shaper,but nylon material is used.The results show that the jet continuity is better and the detonation wave propagation stability can be guaranteed.
