摘　　要：为明确重组LHRH融合蛋白去势注射液的应用效果,开展了重组LHRH融合蛋白去势注射液对猪的免疫去势效果研究。结果表明,用重组LHRH融合蛋白去势注射液对公猪、母猪和已人工阉割去势公猪肌注免疫,均能降低猪体性激素水平,消除猪的发情、爬跨等性行为,促进生长,降低养殖成本,同时还能消除猪肉异味,提高猪肉品质,猪肉品质与农家土种猪肉品质相当。In order to clarify the application effect of recombinant LHRH fusion protein castration injection,the immuno castration effect of recombinant LHRH fusion protein castration injection on pigs was studied.The results showed that,immuniza-tion with recombinant LHRH fusion protein castration injection for boars,sows and castrated boars could reduce the level of sex hormones,eliminate the sexual behaviors(estrus and crawling)of pigs,promote growth,reduce the breeding cost.It also could eliminate the smell of pork and improve the pork quality,which is comparable to farmhouse pig.
