金丝小枣鲜枣贮运生物力学特性测试及分析

摘  要:恰当的运输装箱策略能够使鲜枣免受机械损伤,提高运输质量。本文对山东德州乐陵金丝小枣鲜枣进行整果压缩试验,测量鲜枣含水率,分析整果横向、纵向破损载荷与破裂相对形变量之间的关系,以期获取鲜枣运输过程中的最佳叠放安全层数。结果表明:金丝小枣鲜枣的平均含水率为62.89%;纵向压缩的加载载荷和形变量均大于横向压缩;储运过程中宜选择垂直于箱体放置金丝小枣,可堆码的最大安全层数为16层。Appropriate transportation packing strategy can prevent fresh jujube from mechanical damage and improve transportation quality.In this paper,the whole fruit compression test of fresh golden silk jujube from Leling,Dezhou,Shandong was carried out,the water content of fresh jujube was measured,and the relationship between the transverse and longitudinal damage load of whole fruit and the relative shape variable of fracture was analyzed,so as to obtain the best safe stacking layers of fresh jujube in the transportation process.The results showed that the average water content of fruit jujube was 62.89%;the loading load and shape variable of longitudinal compression were larger than those of transverse compression.It was advisable to place jujube perpendicular to the box during storage and transportation,and the maximum number of safety stacking layers was 16 layers.
