摘 要:研究不同量腐殖酸对鸡粪堆肥进程和氮损失的影响,为减少氮素损失、提高堆肥产物的品质提供技术支持。结果表明,添加保氮剂提高了堆肥高温阶段温度,降低了堆体中水分含量,提高了堆体中全氮、硝态氮和铵态氮含量;相对于CK处理,添加发酵物料干重1%(B1)、2%(B2)、3%(B3)的腐殖酸,氮含量提高了0.13%、0.20%、0.22%,干物质的损失率减少了0.36%、1.33%、3.73%。B1、B2、B3处理的氮损失率分别为25.37%、20.15%、15.48%,氮损失减少率分别为7.24%、12.46%和17.13%。Humic acid was added at different rates into chicken manure for composting to observe its effect on composting process and nitrogen loss of the compost of the chicken manure to provide technical support for reducing nitrogen loss and improving the quality of compost products.The results showed that humic acid increased the temperature of the compost at the high-temperature stage of composting,reduced the moisture content in the compost,and increased the total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen content of the compost.Compared with the control,the chicken manure treated with humic acid for composting at the rates of 1%(B1),2%(B2),and 3%(B3)of the dry weight of the fermented material increased the nitrogen content by 0.13%,0.20%,and 0.22%,and reduced the dry matter loss by 0.36%,1.33%and 3.73%.The nitrogen loss rates of B1,B2,B3 were 25.37%,20.150%,15.48%,and the nitrogen loss reduction rates were7.24%,12.46%,17.13%。
