摘 要:甘蔗赤条病是由燕麦食酸菌燕麦亚种(Acidovorax avenae subsp. avenae)引起的一种世界性甘蔗细菌性病害,可表现为叶条斑和顶腐症状。2020年7月初,位于广西龙州县的甘蔗区试点内甘蔗赤条病发生严重。对广西相关情况的调查结果显示:龙州、丁当区试点新植甘蔗品种(系)均发生不同程度的赤条病危害,在龙州区试点百糖15-173综合发病率最高,平均达39.10%;顶腐型发病率最高为桂糖42号,平均发病率达18.23%;在丁当区试点桂糖42号发病最严重,顶腐型发病率为8.25%、叶条斑型发病率为1.15%、综合发病率为9.99%;各区试品种(系)间赤条病发病率存在显著性差异;相同品种(系)在龙州与丁当的发病率也表现出一定的差异性;但是,河池、柳州、百色区试点新植甘蔗品种(系)无发病或发病不明显。调查表明,甘蔗赤条病在桂糖42号和百糖15-173上发病较严重,而在新台糖22号、桂糖10-612、桂南亚14-2806、柳糖10-17、桂糖113-532上则发病较轻。Red stripe disease is an important worldwide sugarcane disease caused by Acidovorax avenae subsp.avenae.In early July 2020,several sugarcane varieties(lines)were seriously infected by the red stripe disease at Longzhou sugarcane experimental station in Chongzuo,Guangxi,and a survey was hence made of the occurrence of the red stripe disease infecting pilot sugarcane varieties(lines)in many pilot sugarcane areas of Guangxi.The survey showed that all the sugarcane varieties(lines)were infected with the red stripe disease to some degrees in Longzhou and Dingdang experimental stations.In Longzhou,sugarcane variety BT15-173 was infected with the red stripe disease at the highest incidence,averaging 39.10%.The highest incidence of top rot was observed in GT42,with an average incidence of 18.23%.In Dingdang the GT42 had the highest disease incidence,with the incidence of the top rot,the red stripe and the combined incidence being 8.25%,1.15%and 9.99%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the incidence of the red stripe disease among the tested varieties(lines).Besides,various differences in disease incidence were also observed in the same varieties(lines)in Longzhou and Dingdang experimental stations.The red stripe disease did not occur obviously in the sugarcane varieties(lines)in Hechi,Liuzhou and Baise sugarcane experimental stations.It was found in the survey that the red stripe disease attacked more seriously GT42 and BT15-175,but less seriously ROC22,GT10-612,GNY14-2806,LT10-17 and GT13-532.
